Aare has a background in project management and service design. He has been an entrepreneur for the last 10 years and has also been involved in developing the business environment in Pärnu County.

Mirko has been involved with horticulture since birth! Along with his family, he has been growing different cultures in greenhouses near Pärnu. Automating plant growing has been his hobby for many years. He strongly believes that combining agronomy and automation is the future and Tamiatics will bring it to the next level.

Tamar is a leading engineer in one of the biggest greenhouse automation suppliers in the world. His passion is to analyse, build and test prototypes that make plant growing more efficient. Tamar is also maintaining a natural grass field in one of the Estonian stadiums as a hobby.

Olev is a strong believer in value-based systems and takes a system design to heart. He has a background in mobile development for industry-leading startups and solutions in Fintech, Digital Identity and IoT, all of which circles around user experience and usability, but also security and scalability. Olev is responsible for the ease of use and scalability of the Tamiatics web application.

Karl-Martin likes solving complicated software challenges. He has knowledge and experience in working with high-frequency real-time data tracking in different industries. Karl-Martin is also passionate about the environment and a greener future which is a perfect addition to his skill set for advancing Tamiatics software.

Martin has been in IT for over 20 years, and for the last 10 years, he has been involved mainly with machine learning. He has developed a lot of machine learning solutions from production to personnel management.

Kristina has been working in the digital design field for over 10 years. As a visual designer, she has partnered with several organizations and worked in the fields of branding and identity, UI / UX, graphic- and web design. Kristina makes sure the Tamiatics web applications are visually efficient and user friendly and keeps the brand identity strong.
